Hearings & Dockets

Code Enforcement Hearings are held, generally, the second Thursday of each month at 1:30 p.m.  A Code Enforcement Docket will be posted prior to the hearing.

If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Code Compliance Hearing Officer with respect to any matter considered at this public hearing, he/she will need to ensure that an at verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record shall include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. An estimated cost for transcription must be paid to the City Clerk’s Office before transcription of the hearing shall commence.
