Applications / Forms / Land Use Maps

1. All applications must be complete and the signature must be notarized.
2. The Alt Key field must be completed. This information can be found at the Citrus County Property Appraiser's Website using the property's address. 
3. All site and drawing plans must be prepared at the same scale and must be printed between 11” x 17” and 36” x 48”.  You must submit (1) hardcopy print and (1) electronic print of all plans.
