The Human Resources and Risk Management Director is responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective and strategic City human resources vision. Ensures compliance with state and federal legislation pertaining to employment law; manages all aspect of benefits administration; manages employee relations as well as full recruitment process. Oversees the City Risk Management which includes management of all Property Liability Claims Program, and Workers Compensation.
