Crystal River Reaffirms Commitment to Constitutional Rights After Reported Incident.
Crystal River, FL- November 14, 2025, The City of Crystal River Administration was made aware of an incident involving Jeffrey Gray earlier this morning. The City Manager directed the sheriff’s office to immediately rescind the trespass orders issued. Mr. Gray has been notified in writing of the action.
A complete investigation into the incident is occurring. Training will be provided to all city employees in First Amendment Rights and related matters on City properties.
