Building Department

In keeping with the larger mission of the City of Crystal River, it is the intent of the Growth Management Department to improve upon the community's quality of life by balancing issues that affect the environment, health, safety, and property values. In terms of regulations, we work with our citizens to promote creative solutions and meet the expectations of the community, striking a balance between what is best for individual property owners and the community as a whole.
