The meeting will be attended by the Crystal River Mayor and City Council, specifically: Joe Meek, Robert Holmes, Cindi Frink, Gabrielle Satchell and Chris Ensing. Also in attendance will be City Manager Audra Curts-Whann and City Attorneys Robert W. Batsel, Jr. and Kenneth H, MacKay. The meeting will concern settlement negotiations and strategy sessions related to litigation expenditures in that certain action styled City of Crystal River v. 579 SE U.S. 19 LLC, filed in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Citrus County, Florida, Case No. 2024-CA-000202A. As required by statute, a Certified Court Reporter will be in attendance to record the meeting.
