Planning & Development Applications/Forms/Land Use Map

1. All applications must be complete, including notarized signature and alternate key. 

   Available at the Citrus County Property Appraiser’s Website:  http://www.citruspa.org/_DNN/

2. All site and drawing plans must be prepared at the same scale and must be printed between   11” x 17” and 36” x 48”.  You must submit four (4) copies of the plans and back-up material,        3 hardcopy prints and 1 electronic print.

3. Submit all material to the Community Development Department:  jrehberg@crystalriverfl.org
